Update: Mardi Gras 2019, SAME experience but even better! Very impressed with this establishment. I made my way here twice during Mardi Gras parades, I will watch the parades here and visit more often after my experience. It gets really hectic during Mardi Gras parades which usually diminishes service and causes business to try to take advantage of the surge in people for profit but this place was the complete opposite. Friendly staff and speedy service, despite the crowds. They didn't charge anyone to use their bathrooms, and they kept them clean. Also, we stopped in for the daiquiri stands they had set up and ended up getting free daiquiris all night because we are military. The food was fire too! Seriously a great establishment.

WTF? Only 3 stars? Ya'll must be on something. This place was SLAMMIN'. Well to be honest, all I did was go to the 4PM to 8PM happy hour. I'm not going to tell you the price unless you message me because I don't want it to get out, so the next time I'm there I can take advantage!! hahaha but it was SOOOOOOO good. I love oysters and these were BEASTS of oysters. I wish I could have gotten like 4-5 dozen of them and I would have been sastified the whole trip.

This restaurant was so delicious we ate there two nights in a row during mardi gras. HH is from 4 -8 pm and they have a dozen oysters for $3 or a dozen chargrilled oysters for $10. I am a chargrilled oyster fiend and had about 3 dozen to myself every night. Seating was in a huge disarray during mardi gras, but its probably alot more structured otherwise. You must order the oysters with a drink, the cheapest drinks are jello shots which they ran out of, so we got shots of rumchata instead. The chargrilled oysters here are different from other restaurants in nola. They are way more spicy, and are drowning in red chili oil, this dish would be so delicious with some rice. The regular raw oysters are also very fresh, large, and tasty. I will definitely be coming back here anytime im in NOLA.

You can't come to NOLA and not checking this place out for their awesome Happy Hour oyster deal!! I love raw oysters so when I heard they have $.25 HH raw oysters from 4-8pm, I knew I have to check it out myself cuz it just sound too good to be true. We arrived around 4-5pm, was able to find street parking right across from the restaurant, and were seated immediately which was nice. The set up is definitely more of a bar type than restaurant, but majority of people come here for the food mainly, along with the drinks since they require 1 drink for a dozen of HH $.25/raw oyster, or $.75/grilled oyster. We got 2 raw dozens and 1 grilled dozen of oysters. The raw oysters are fresh and big for gulf oysters, the grilled ones are just okey. They could use a lil more seasoning and flavor. Overall, I would definitely come back here again just for the raw oysters. Their HH drinks are cheap too. So even if you don't drink and end up letting all the alcohol go to waste, it's still so worth it and cheap to indulge on 3-4dozens lol
